Sarah Morrison

(deep tissue, myofascial release, relaxation, sports, triggerpoint, pregnancy)

Sarah studied at The Central Institute of Technology graduating with a Diploma in Remedial Massage.  With many years experience in hospitality, prior to massage, Sarah is very much a people person.
She has always had an interest and respect for the power and healing of touch, and it was watching the changes to her body and its balance through pregnancy that pushed Sarah to pursue her massage career.

Sarah believes that massage is for everyone, not only for relaxation or the sporty, athletic types. The increasingly busy, sedentary lifestyles we live can result in neglecting to nurture the very bodies we live these lives in. Through massage and self awareness (spiritually and physically) the “nagging pains”, that we come to accept as a norm, no longer have to be.

With training in Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) Sarah can help alleviate Trigger Points without the intense pain that can be associated with them.

Carol Canzirri

(deep tissue, hot stone, lomi lomi, myofascial release, relaxation, sports, pregnancy)

Carol graduated from CMC Tafe Mt Lawley receiving the advanced diploma in health science –  massage. She gives an amazing service to her clientele and has developed a deep understanding of the bio mechanics of the body over her extensive career.

Carol has an impressive ability to work intuitively with her massage. A combination of this and other techniques allow her to effectively release difficult to access areas, as well as being able to enlighten you on the story of how your body is, or isn’t, working. She is very passionate about massage and the benefits it can give the body, and has practised with hot stones, lomi lomi, sound therapy and Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT).

A true earth mother, Carol grows her own vegetables, prepares homemade jam, and creates art. Being a keen traveller, the next trip is never too far away, however 2018 sees Carol focusing on furthering her studies.
